Everything You Need to Know

HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?

I can walk up to three dogs at one time, depending on size and how well they walk on a leash!

MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. WILL YOU TAKE THEM?

Yes! With our pet taxi service, I can transport your pet to whatever appointment they need to go to! Grooming and vet appointments aren't always available when you're off work, so I can definitely help with that!

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?

I have done pet sitting for a variety of animals. Chickens, geckos, frogs, bearded dragons, guinea pigs... I've done a little bit of everything. If you're willing to show me what your pet needs, I'm willing to learn!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes things don't go the way we planned. For check in visits and all services other than boarding and housesitting, if you cancel before the start of service, you will receive a full refund for that service. If you cancel after the service has started (i.e. I'm already at your house), no refund will be given. For other cancelation policies, please contact me

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Payments are due before or on the start date of any booking. I will send invoices for house sitting and boarding about a week out and will send invoices for all other services when booking is requested.

I'M A NEW CLIENT, WHAT DO I NEED TO INCLUDE IN A BOOKING REQUEST?

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here! In order to serve you quickly and efficiently, I would greatly appreciate a quick description of your needs, dates, times, and how many animals you are needing services for. I do require a meet & greet for all new clients, no exceptions, therefore last minute requests will not be booked for new clients.

HOW MUCH OF A NOTICE IS NEEDED FOR SERVICES?

If you are an established client of mine, I can accommodate most services up to the night before they are needed. Last minute and same day request will have a $5 fee. There will be no last minute or same day requests accepted for new clients.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, I have an insurance policy through Pet Care Insurance. That being said, I do my best to make sure your pet and I am safe at all times. Accidents do happen to the best of us, but if I can lessen any risks, I will.

Please note that all existing and new clients will have forms and paperwork to fill out upon booking services. While I do my best to respond to requests as soon as possible, I do not respond to requests after 8 pm and before 9 am.
